Overview
Fìkh Chyě Vulă was founded durring the early 12th century in spring of the year 1115, by Ck-780w 'Fetcher' Èbmëmêm. The establishment of Fìkh Chyě Vulă was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Ck-780w 'Fetcher' Èbmëmêm struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Fìkh Chyě Vulă as a prison colony.
Fìkh Chyě Vulă was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh Chyě Vulă is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Fìkh Chyě Vulă is buildings are arranged arround a network of restrictive flagstone streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Unfortuantly, these somewhat suffishent are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
A look around Fìkh Chyě Vulă makes it abundantly clear the town suffered something horrible some time ago. It’s a quiet town filled with closed scriptoriums, people quietly yet dejectedly reading in isolated places around town, and the occasional book laying in a heap of garbage.

Fìkh Chyě Vulă has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Fìkh Chyě Vulă. Cultural Notes
Fìkh Chyě Vulă's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is which made use of the classical orders and mathematically precise ratios of height and width combined with a desire for symmetry, proportion, and harmony. It used columns, pediments, arches and domes are imaginatively in buildings of all types. Decorative features were seen as largely unnecessary as the sheer beauty of the structure itself was often close to art. However, many buildings with large ceiling spaces had their ceilings decorated with elaborate paintings, simply because the large flat spaces could feel wasted.

Some communities may suffer a longer-term version of this, their youths lost in a grinding, endless battle against some perpetual threat.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century a local hero by the name of slew a monster which had been terrorizing the streets of Fìkh Chyě Vulă. A small order of knights was founded in 's honor, and bears his name to this day.
